Pre-Incubation PROGRAM

The StartGate Pre-Incubation Program covers all fields of the digital gaming and game technology.

The program is an eight-week development and growth program designed to increase the chances of success for early-stage startups. In addition to training in business plan development, finance, law, intellectual property rights, leadership, team management, and more, participants have the opportunity to work one-on-one with StartGate's professional business coaches, receive mentorship from experienced professionals in the industry, develop their network, and connect with investors and publishers.

HOW IS THE PROCESS GOING

Acceptance Criteria for the

Pre-Incubation Program

  • The team should consist of at least 2 individuals.
  • Co-founders or founders must be at least 18 years old.
  • At least one of the founders or co-founders should have a minimum B2 level proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • The project should have innovative value.
  • Competence and experience of the team.
  • Current status and roadmap of the project.
  • Commercial potential and sustainability of the project.

Need-To-Know For The Application

To apply for the StartGate Pre-Incubation Program, you need to introduce your project team and your project to us.

You can access the presentation template we have prepared for you from the link below. You should upload your presentation in PDF format.

In addition to your presentation, we require you to upload the "Preliminary Analysis Reports" (Market Analysis, Competitor Analysis, Target Audience Analysis) in a single PDF format to our application system.

The experience of the teams participating in the Pre-Incubation Program is also important to us. Therefore, we ask teams to upload their "updated resumes" to the application system. (For teams applying together, they can upload all CVs combined in a single PDF format to the system at once.)

Once you have completed your application, if you are accepted, we will get back to you within 2 weeks at the latest. Accepted projects will be invited to StartGate for a face-to-face presentation of their projects in detail. Projects that successfully pass the face-to-face interview will be admitted to the 8-week Pre-Incubation Program.

Teams accepted into the Pre-Incubation Program will be invited to StartGate for a Kick-off meeting, where they will be informed about the program and processes by the StartGate team.

Enterpreneurs are obligated to provide required information registered in the presentation template.
